The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a great area, really close to the Templo de San Francisco, which is on San Francisco and Juarez, and bus station. The staff that we encountered were amazingly attentive and helpful. There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was good!

The building is beautiful and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Overall the staff is incredibly attentive. It has excellent location in San Miguel de Allende adjacent to the Templo de San Francisco, which is on San Francisco and Juarez, and the square;)))

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional, especially considering the stunning views of the city. Secondly, the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even helped us with our bags, which was a lovely gesture. Additionally, the location of the hotel in a steep area added to its charm and provided a unique perspective of the city. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and convenient for our group.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had an enjoyable stay. Loved the location impossible to find downtown. Moreover, it was near to the center of town and the Templo de San Francisco and bus station.

Greatly enjoyed perfectly clean room on the top level, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Having a shower and towels was a bonus.

The a twin room on a lower level, facilities worked for us. Incredibly attentive and very gracious staff with great local knowledge.

We stumbled upon this hotel last minute and we are so glad we did! The character of this unforgettable venue will remain with us for years to come! It sits in an area that requires some effort to climb, but once you’ve made the journey, you are rewarded with breathtaking views! The staff were helpful, thoughtful, and kind: a rare combination. The WiFi was a huge plus for us and worked perfectly.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and only a short walk to the city center. the view from the hotel was breathtaking and really added to the experience.

The rooms were poorly maintained and outdated. The beds were uncomfortable and the lack of amenities such as shampoo and conditioner was frustrating.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in San Miguel de Allende. the hotel offered great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail in all aspects. The location was truly unique, situated in a very steep area which provided breathtaking views of the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Moreover, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the rooms on the top level with their stunning panoramic views. The daily breakfast was also a highlight, offering a delicious start to the day.
